  Came in to this store to get my hotspot switched to post pay the ladies here were awesome gave me directions and helped me quickly to get my issues fixed

  After making 5 trips to 3 separate Sprint stores about my piece of crap phone which I pay insurance on and having received no help I am extremely disappointed in the Sprint company and it's employees. I am a college student who needs a cell phone for many reasons, but especially when walking around campus alone. My phone dies at 50-60% battery and spazzes out randomly, making it freeze up and unusable. Two Sprint repaire centers have run tests on the phone and have found nothing wrong. Their only "solution" is to wipe the phone completely of all of my contacts, photos and everything else I have on it in order to just see if it is a software problem. They say that is the only problem because my phone is encrypted and they are not able to back it up. They said even if they find an issue they may not replace it then. It's not worth it to wipe all of my information for a slim chance of resolving the problem. After these experience I have gathered that Sprint does not care about its customers just like every other phone company. I am tired of dealing with companies that have poor moral and ethical values and don't give a crap about the people they serve. Sprint is one of those companies. Only looking to provide you with a poor quality product and take your money.
